top producer panel indian river county

2025 Top Producer Panel of Indian River County

The 2nd Annual Top Producer Panel, Insights from Indian River County Real Estate Pros took place at the prestigious Riverside Theatre on November 5th, 2025. With six top producing agents from different offices on stage, the packed room of fellow realtors enjoyed a delightful lunch while panelists shared their answers.

Serving as host and moderator, Anna Valencia Tillery with White Glove Moving & Storage teamed up with eight other companies to provide a meet and greet experience to the guests and fellow sponsors both before and after the panel discussion. A special thank you to:

The panelists included:

Charlotte Terry with Alex MacWilliam Real Estate who joined the brokerage in 2009, after having her own successfully for many year. With her team, they’ve expanded to include both buyer’s and listing representation. She has over 40 years in Vero Beach, and is a fourth-generation Floridian, making her well-versed in Florida and real estate.

Sven Frisell with Compass Realty and the Reynolds team, whose real estate journey began in 2019, with a proven track record of success, having sold out the Sea Breeze Cottages at The Strand on Vero Beach’s barrier island. Interestingly, he speaks fluent English, Danish, and Swedish.

Lori Davis with Dale Sorensen Real Estate who sets the bar high over the past 16 years specializing in the marketing and selling of luxury properties globally, nationally and locally with a background in sales working for the Quaker Oats Company and The Keebler Company. Her tagline: “your realtor for life.”

Tareek Beasley with Keller Williams whose 7 years in real estate has consistently ranked him in the top 5 agents of the Vero Beach market center. In 2025, he was voted 2025 Rookie of the Year by the Realtors Association of Indian River.

Kathleen Provancher from One Sotheby’s has over 35 years of Real Estate experience and is consistently one of the top teams for the past 10 years in Indian River County.  Her team’s tagline: THE MOST RELIABLE REALTORS® IN VERO BEACH

Robin Raiff with the Keye’s Company has a career spanning more than two decades with a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy names in South Florida real estate. In 2023, she became part of the inaugural class of Board Certified Realtors here in Florida and prides herself on raising the standards of her profession.

Questions included a variety of topics that played to the strengths and expertise of the panelists. Each panelist had two questions with a final third question that was the same for them all.

  • Sven was asked about his abilities to market luxury waterfront properties to the right buyers. In his second round of q& a, he was asked for tips to help buyers navigate the altering market?

  • Charlotte Terry was asked as a 4th generation resident, Florida naturalist, master gardner and lover of the outdoors;  do you find through this wisdom you are able to cross-promote both lifestyle and Florida’s native roots? In her second round of questions it was asked, “The barrier island then was nothing like it is today. What do you believe is the secret sauce that makes our town and in particular, our beachside so special yielding such an affluent audience? To follow that up, what do you think some agents are missing the mark on when showcasing a listing in the 32963?”

  • Tareek was asked how has relationships and reputation led to income opportunities, how did you know the right time to ask for the business? His second question was “you have been in real estate 7 years, and what an interesting span it has been with big curveballs creating volatile moments that  have made home prices in comparison to wages hard for true locals to own a home. And yet you are able to keep calm, you keep pounding the pavement with persistence and a whole lot of patience. How? Got any tips to share?

  • For Lori Davis we touched on marketing. “With your international marketing experience, Lori, you know that in this business your listing can’t do the work alone. In fact, it’s quite the opposite and the onus falls on you, the agent to go full contact almost like in a sport to get across the finish lines, yes? With her second question pertaining to whether or not one should “take the listing” even if they know it there are issues with the buyer, property, both?

  • Robin’s questions focused on compliancy to help build up the professionalism of the industry collectively.  “Often the first step to sell a property is to simply get a sign up to say the property is for sale. Yet, there are rules and many aren’t followed which can be a disservice to the agent and seller alike. What are some top checklist items you’d want to highlight today so we can all be as compliant and professional as possible especially with more listings coming on the market and sitting longer? Followed by why she believes in dedicating her time to leadership within the world of real estate and how it has impacted her business.

  • For Kathleen Provancher, we discussed the value of a brokerage and why she has switched over the years; what were the pros and cons? Her second question “what are some of the basics you wish to share with everyone here that will help them and their customers?

The final question was, “ what is that piece of advice you wish someone had given you when you started in the industry that you now have the opportunity to share with our audience today?

Though all the agents had great answers like be prepared to work seven days a week, or treat your business like a real business, the  last response from Charlotte Terry had us all in stiches, “if you are going to start a career in real estate, make sure you have a partner that makes a good living.”

After a standing ovation, the panelists came down and sat with the audience while each sponsor took the microphone to share services and commitment to the realtors in the room. Each ended with a prize that went to a lucky realtor in the room. Good news, everyone got a custom lighter that had all 9 logos on it, reading “Cheers to igniting years of collaboration.” A special thanks again to Riverside Theatre

for being our venue host with a terrific bartender and staff.

Also, to Maryanne Lucera with At Your Service Catering for a delicious lunch of gourmet wraps and desserts, and to the White Glove Moving & Storage team for supporting the time and energy it takes to create an event of this magnitude.

Wishing us all a successful and happy close to 2025!

Making Moving Fun & Engaging

White Glove Moving & Storage is proud to be a trusted moving, storage, receiving, and delivery partner serving the Treasure Coast and Florida. As an Interstate agent with Bekins Vanlines, we are able to be a local resource for new neighbors coming into and leaving Florida. Best part, we are able to ensure they have an A+ experience from start to finish by utilizing strong communication and trained staffers from our team as well as from those of other vetted Bekins agents throughout the nation.

Though we do not buy much large media advertising or underwrite large sports teams to help promote our brand, we do support local causes and groups. In fact, it was a busy summer with a jam packed fall ahead. In an effort to support education, environment, and empowerment of all age groups; we are thrilled to provide a recap of some of our big events that have transpired and are set to occur.

Attainable Housing of St. Lucie County is funded by the local realtors association and helps qualifying families with their dollars for closing costs. It is a grant of $2500 and more than 30 families annually benefit. White Glove proudly stepped as a Gold sponsor again and hosted a fun filled tent with a golf team who proudly came in 2nd place.

Transportation comes in a variety forms and White Glove is proud to sponsor the Stuart Martin Chamber Aviation Update luncheon annually. More than 125 people attended and we were able to highlight moving trends as it correlates with jobs and growth in the Aviation sector.

Every real estate is different and the brokers in charge have a lot to do with an office’s success. It was a privilege to serve as the moderator and sponsor alongside the Women’s Council of Realtors Stuart Network to give a platform to three very different brokers and the methods they enlist to motivate and educate.

Teaming up with other trusted and respected affiliates makes it more cost effective and fun to showcase what we all do. This year, the Realtors Association of Indian River County collaborated with the Spirit of Sebastian for an after hours event. With the help of 11 affiliates ranging from home inspection to title and everything in between we had guests enjoy a great sampling of food, drink, and information.

As a group with the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast we helped clean up a local park and together we gathered more than 200 lbs of trash!

Certified Dementia Friendly Movers

White Glove Moving, Storage & Delivery has been a long time senior certified mover alongside our partnerships with Bekins Vanlines and Pak Mail Beachside through the National Association of Senior Move Managers. Yet, as the senior demographic ages, more and more people are losing some of their cognitive abilities and are being diagnosed with dementia. In fact, in the Treasure Coast of Florida there are several people on a waiting list to go into the assisted living facilities that also offer memory care. Several years back, the healthcare industry saw the demand rise and facilities offering only memory care units were created.

In 2020, White Glove Moving and Storage had the privilege of being the receiving and installation partner for the new Certus Memory Care facility in Vero Beach. As professional ff&e experts, it was exciting to be a part of a project right up the street from our corporate headquarters. Since opening their doors they have helped filled a gap in our community. In fact, every aspect of the space is designed to create calming thoughts and evoke nostalgia. The main gathering area is reminiscent of a thriving downtown from a bygone era. The lights imitate sunlight during the day and turn to a warm, cozy glow as the evening comes. Even aromas are used throughout the day to help foster for alertness and energy during the daytime and then change as night falls. It is that attention to the details families are after when searching a secure place to call home for their family members suffering from memory loss.

Recently, the team at Certus created the Certus Institute under the direction of Joshua Freitas, Ph.D., M.Ed., BC-DEd, et al. Chief Research Officer and Education Specialist, Susan Micheel, to certify local businesses on being dementia friendly. Starting with industries that often frequent the Certus-Vero Beach Campus, White Glove Moving & Storage was honored to be chosen and quickly signed up for the one-hour course. With training provided directly to the staff equipped with visuals and real-life scenario role playing, our trainers saw great value in the tips and techniques taught in the course. With much of our local moving catering to an older clientele often moving into senior communities, it was a valuable program for us to complete and brush up on the soft skills needed when engaging with customers suffering from dementia.

Though we are proud to be a trusted and preferred moving partner at Certus, the knowledge and certification gained allows our team of moving and storage pros to help with any senior relocation. Though many of those moves happen locally from home to a community or from one senior living facility to another; some require moving a loved one to another state. Fortunately, we can assist with interstate moves and are proud to offer unparalleled communication and fair pricing with the families and/or caregivers no matter the distance of one’s move. A special thank you to the Certus Institute for our additional senior moving certification; we hope to be an ongoing moving and storage resource for many years to come.

Is Tipping a Mover Customary?

At White Glove Moving & Storage we are excited to be a resource for our Treasure Coast customers doing as much or as little as they need done. In fact, with only a one hour minimum with labor billable in thirty minute increments afterwards, many clients are repeats because having help with the heavy lifting can be such a valuable service day in and day out. With that in mind, one of the most frequently asked questions is whether or not to tip the movers.

As with any tipping scenario, it is entirely up to the customer. If you feel your movers were well prepared and respectful, deserving of your extra dollars here are some standard rules of thumb:

  • $4-6 per man, per hour
  • Lump sum to split with crews of 3 or more
  • It can be given in cash or applied to the credit card charge (keep in mind we have no additional credit card processing fees)
  • Lunch or beverages are always appreciated especially in large, multi-day moves

Of course, our White Glove Moving & Storage team appreciates being chosen as your mover or go-to delivery agent. Tipping is always appreciated though not ever required.

A worthwhile alternative is to provide a 5 star review on Google and/or the BBB. When the movers are identified by name, they are recognized each month with a special bonus and this is on top of whatever gratuity was or was not given.

Each lead has a card for them to fill out their names and provides a QR code for happy customers to be able to go right to our Google page and leave their positive review.

Need help with an upcoming move? We are here for you. Just packing, just loading, full pack and move…we can do as much or as little as you need done with pricing that makes it possible and a reputation to serve that will provide peace of mind every time.

What Goes in What Box?

Are you planning a move and wanting to get a head start on the packing? For many, it is a great time to start sorting what you want to keep versus donate or throw away. For others, it is simply an easier task to do than the heavy lifting itself and helps to cut down on the overall expense of the move. With that in mind, knowing what to put in each box can be very helpful.

Additionally, it is important to remember that all boxes or bins must be fully closed for stacking. Another helpful tip is to label the boxes and if possible, provide the room you want the boxes placed in. On move day, at destination you can then go around with tape and paper to label the rooms. This will ensure your moving crew can easily put boxes in the spaces you want it placed making your settling in that much easier.

Here are examples of what goes into each box:

Best part, when you setup for a free estimate with White Glove Moving & Storage, we can help you figure out how many of each size box would be needed from what we see at the time of the survey. From there, we have discounted packages for buying boxes in bulk and many other perks. Looking forward to hearing from you and happy packing!

White Glove Moving & Storage Takes Home National Honor

Local moving company earns distinctive van line award for hauling household goods.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) continues to legislate for safer conditions on U.S. roads, something Bekins Van Lines – winner of the 2024 Fleet Safety Award in the Over 10 Million Miles category – works hard to support. White Glove represents a big part of those more than 10 million safe miles, enough to earn Bekins Van Lines’ 2024 Bronze Hauling Award.

Bekins Van Lines is the fourth largest household goods carrier in the United States, and White Glove – alongside more than 350 agencies nationwide – partners with the van line for all interstate moves. Bekins’ hauling award program recognizes agencies within the network who transport the goods of customers moving into or out of Florida over the course of the year. The volume figures used for the various award levels are a summation of transportation revenues for those customers moved.

“We’re proud of receiving the 2024 Fleet Safety award on behalf of our drivers and agencies, who work day in and day out to make sure our roads are safe,” said Mark Kirschner, CEO of Bekins Van Lines. “White Glove is a key partner that allows Bekins’ customers to enjoy great service.”

White Glove Moving, Storage & Delivery is one of just 13 Bekins agencies to achieve the Bronze Hauling Award in 2024. This is the [ordinal, i.e. fifth] Bronze Hauling Award for White Glove.

White Glove can be found at 2175 45th St. Vero Beach, FL or contacted at [772-778-4750.

Battle of the Realtors: Supporting Little Birthday Angels

After Hurricane Milton in October of 2024, the Little Birthday Angels annual Battle of the Realtors event was postponed until the new year. As a result, more than 25 teams joined together at Vero Bowl to celebrate the good work of the organization and raise dollars through spirit competitions and as much bowling as possible in 1.5 hours.  Supporting the cause as sponsors, bowlers, and emcee, White Glove Moving & Storage proudly placed second in the competitive showdown with Keller Williams of Vero Beach , who took 1st place, and Coldwell Banker Paradise led by Vance Brinkerhoff, placing 3rd.

In the end, the real winners will be the children who are going to be able to feel special on their birthdays because of the money generated through the efforts of all the teams and companies alike who gave. With hundreds of children identified as homeless through the school system, Little Birthday Angels works to ensure they are celebrated and are not forgotten on their special day. Whether it is a monthly birthday party complete with cupcakes and games at the various homeless shelters, or an individualized duffel bag with items from their wishlist and lots of essentials; they are shown love. At White Glove Moving & Storage, we understand the need and give of our time and energy to this non-profit because birthdays are important. Each month, we celebrate our team members with cards and cake. Small gestures all add up to big impacts when people, no matter their age, feel seen and appreciated. Happy to be a part of the good work being done. Until next bowling match!
