Celebrating 130 years of long haul moving and storage, Bekins of the Wheaton Group has continually worked hard to maintain an outstanding reputation in the industry. Thus, the annual awards are always a wonderful event to look forward to and learn more about your fellow agents while forging great connections. Of course, with the pandemic, the event was held virtually and took place over much of February via webinar type programming. Still, energy was high and the White Glove team was happy to listen in, learn and be highlighted for our ongoing efforts.
Since joining the vanline in 2018, White Glove has been continually recognized as a Spire award recipient. This award, is given to individual companies who excel in the arena of customer satisfaction. However, in the recent virtual awards gala our team was elated to be recognized for additional milestones and accolades. The Customer Loyalty award is something very special because the Loyalty Award is given to agents that have are working towards stellar quality assurance having a 70 or greater NPS score. Additionally, they must have 10 or more CXRs and a response rate greater than 34% to delivered orders for customer feedback with high praises. White Glove Moving & Storage more than exceeded this requirement and is consistently earning high praise by happy customers coming into and out of Florida.
Additionally, our team was recognized for being increased hauling. In years past, we focused mostly on the retention of our employees and customers within the state of Florida and did little hauling of our own. However, with the addition of an internal long haul coordinator and more team members willing to be out on the road to ensure more quality control, we are thrilled to be recognized for our growing collaboration with fellow agents throughout the nation.
