2024 has had some great successes when it comes to the world of real estate. In Florida, eight new insurance providers have entered into the marketplace. As it stands, that makes home insurance a little more competitive and we no longer have to rely on Citizens. Hence, prices are stabilizing and in another year or so, hopefully will start going down. Then, something that affects so many businesses, is the reduction of business rent tax. Of course, all this advocacy requires funding and RPAC helps with that.
Here are the levels that realtors are able to invest at that are on a Major Investor platform. Yet, many want to contribute and can’t commit to those higher dollar amounts. Hence, the $99 dollar club and fair share giving of just $25.
