Getting Started...

Step #1
Click on the links below. Once you have reviewed the information, print, fill out, sign, and return, the Policy Form* via fax.

(NOTE: All these forms are password protected so you will need to contact White Glove first. You may use the Contact Us page to do this.) or call 866-456-8310

When we receive the Policy Form, your information will be set up in our database. There are no long-term contracts; each job is billed out individually. You may also choose to have your credit card charged at the end of each month for the services performed (a great way to earn extra miles)! We cannot begin any work until this form is filled out and returned.

Step #2
Begin ORDERING SHIPMENTS. You will find the Waybill Information Guide in the information link below.  Use this guide to be sure your shipments are properly identified upon arrival. Your items will be unpacked, inspected, and you will be notified within 1 business day of its arrival and uploaded to your online inventory.

Step#3
REQUEST A PICK UP OR DELIVERY. A simple phone call to our office is all it takes to set up an appointment with the dispatcher to coordinate what items of your inventory you wish delivered.
